Project Scope:

The work generally involves pavement rehabilitation including crack seal, slurry seal, mill and overlay and complete pavement reconstruction, sidewalk, ADA improvements, utility adjustments, signing, striping, 36" sanitary sewer and other related items of work.

Project Status, as of  December 31, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

The consultant is currently coordinating with the City's Utilities Department to establish future water and sanitary services along Losee Road. City Staff continued reviewing the 70% improvement plans and specification documents which were submitted by the consultant. The project was split into 2 phases. Phase 2A is from Alexander to Craig Road and is being designed in-house. Pre-final bid documents will be distributed for review in mid-January 2010.
