Project Scope:

This project will convert the 132 acre Craig Ranch Golf Course facility into a multi-purpose regional park.This portion of the project includes Master Planning only.The City will continue to operate the golf course while the master planning and design of the park is completed.

Project Status, as of December 31, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

The contractor performed site demolition of existing structures and landscaping; installation of onsite sewer lines; onsite water; restrooms cast-in-place walls for A, B, C and kiosk; rough plumbing and electrical for restrooms and kiosk; water and sewer for restrooms and kiosk; pedestrian trails; access trails, site poles and fixtures; and offsite improvements on Commerce Street.
