Project Scope:

The design acquisition of right-of-way and construction of improvements from Owens to Lake Mead, which may include six travel lanes and a dedicated transit facility; landscaped multi-use trails and raised median area, curb & gutter, street lights, traffic interconnect conduit and fiber optics, traffic signals and modifications, and appurtenances as needed.

City Council awarded the construction contract to Tand, Inc in the amount of $7,304,874 on November 4, 2009. The Pre-Construction meeting was held on December 30, 2009. The notice to proceed for construction was issued January 4, 2010.
