Project Scope:

This project consists of the design and construction of approximately 35,600 sf multi-generational recreation center on leased BLM land located at the corner of Centennial Parkway and Statz Street. The scope includes the facility with reception area, hallways, fitness center, indoor pool, restrooms, locker areas, administrative offices, senior center, multi-purpose rooms, and kitchen. The project also includes parking, driveways, fire access, landscaping, and offsite improvements of streets, curb and gutter, sidewalk street lighting, median islands, and landscaping.

Project Status, as of December 31, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

Concrete masonry units are 80% installed. Structural steel beams and joists are being installed. The installation of the concrete bases for the parking lot lights has commenced. Offsite utilities are scheduled to be installed by the end of January.
