Project Scope:

This NDOT administered project consists of the resurfacing and restriping of Cheyenne Avenue to six lanes. The City is coordinating with NDOT on the design. Staff is currently preparing legal descriptions and acquiring easements for construction of proposed turn lanes and widening at Losee Rd. and Martin Luther King Blvd.

Project Status, as of June 30, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

On March 4, 2009, Council approved a cooperative agreement with NDOT to utilize state and federal funds to perform the work. NDOT is administering the project and expects to advertise for bids by June 2009.
