How to Fit a Bicycle Helmet

• Always try-on a bicycle helmet before purchasing
• Your helmet should be worn level on the head, not to the front or to the back
• Your helmet should fit snug to the head. You may need to change the pads inside the helmet to get a better fit.
• The straps should be adjusted to fit snug but confortably to the chin.
• The straps should be connected at all times while riding.
