ADVISORY COUNCIL APPLICATION

Requirements and Instructions
Program participants must be at least 18 years old.  Anyone under 18 years old should not submit an application.

To submit an application fill out the web form and then click on the "Submit application" button.  All fields with asterisks (*) next to them must be filled out.  After the Police Department reviews your application and does a background check, you will be notified if you are selected.

The Council meets the third Thursday of each month between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM.  This date/time frame is subject to change.

4. The Council is looking for members that can commit a minimum of two years and be available at least once a month.
