Paul Womack Bio

Capt. Paul Womack grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, graduating from Oceana High School in Pacifica, California in 1974. He attended Gavilan Jr. College in Gilroy, California from 1974 until transferring to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in February of 1976.

After joining the North Las Vegas Police Department as a Reserve Police Officer in 1982, he was hired as a full-time Patrol Officer in March of 1983.

Up to this point in his Police career, he has served the Department in the following positions and roles:

Captain Womack is a 2005 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.

He is currently assigned to the Police Department's South Area Command.
