Services Manager Gillenwater is a retired US Army officer and has been employed by the City of North Las Vegas since 1993.

He has held a variety of positions in the North Las Vegas Detention Center including:

• Inmate Population Mgr; and, most recently,
• Corrections Administrative Coordinator.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy, has a Masters in Systems Management. from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Services Manager Gillenwater states "having been involved at the start of the House Arrest Program in the Detention Center, I am looking forward to the combining of the two departments and the opportunity to provide services support not only to the Detention Center but to any future community corrections in the City."
