Captain Justin Roberts was raised in the Las Vegas Valley and graduated from Western High School in 1989. His law enforcement career began with the North Las Vegas Police Department in 1996. Captain Roberts started as a patrol officer and has worked his way through a variety of assignments:

Captain Roberts attended and graduated from the Northwestern University Executive Management Program in 2009.
His current assignment is Captain of Operations, South Area Command.
