During that time Officer Salkoff specialized in the area of DUI, Drug Enforcement, K-9 and was an Explorer Advisor.

In 1994 Officer Salkoff re-located to Las Vegas where he began his career with the City of North Las Vegas. Officer Salkoff continued to work with the departments K-9 team, and was a Field Training Officer for new officers. Officer Salkoff maintained a strong interest in the Cadet Program and assisted in training classes within the program.

In August of 2007 Officer Salkoff was re-assigned to the Training Division and became the Cadet Advisor. Officer Salkoff is dedicated to the youth of our community and to the Cadet Program.
