CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
(CPTED)

CPTED (pronounced SEP-TED), stands for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and is based on the following premise: "That the proper design and effective use of a built environment can lead to a reduction in the fear and incidence of crime, and thus a better quality of life". In short, CPTED concepts indicate that the better we manage our physical resources, the greater our profits and lower our losses.

When you request a free CPTED Survey, a Crime Prevention Specialist trained in these concepts will conduct an on-site walk through of your property in order to identify possibilities for ways to make it more secure, in the following areas of emphasis:
