Vendor Opportunities

Interested in being a Food Vendor at our events? Click on the event applications links below, print and complete the appropriate forms and send them to Special Events, Attention James Allen, Craig Ranch Golf Course, 780 West Craig Road, Suite A, North Las Vegas, NV 89032.

Applications will be reviewed and selected per event by the Special Events staff. Minimum deadline is 2 months prior to each event. Spaces are limited. Please call 633-2650 for more information or email us at

Food Vendors Wanted for the Following Events:

Tastes and Tunes -The 5th Annual Tastes and Tunes Festival, which attracts more than 25,000 participants to the North Las Vegas City Hall Campus, will take place May 4 & 5, 2007. This festival features top-notch lineups of diverse musical talent, a multitude of food and craft vendors, a carnival by Royal West Amusements, Mexican Village, and live USA-sanctioned Boxing. Food vendors fees are $500. (18 vendors for this event)

Movie Madness Series - Movies are brought to neighborhood parks and shown on our giant movie screen. Please see the Movie Madness page for a complete listing of shows! Food vendor fees are $100 (1 vendor per movie)

Independence Day Jubilee - The 8th Annual Independence Day Jubilee will take place at Seastrand Park on July 3, 2007. The event, which attracts over 18,000 people, features live music, a fantastic fireworks display, a variety of food vendors, kids activities, and more. Food vendor fees are $500. (15 vendors for this event.)

Starlite Music Series - Each concert features different musical genres with food and fun for the family. All concerts are at night in various parks in North Las Vegas. Food vendor fees are $100. (2 vendors per concert.)

Balloonapalooza: This event features 30-50 hot air balloons, a carnival, circus, live entertainment on two stages (Kids interactive stage and Main stage), food and craft vendors, interactive ballooning activities and more. Food vendor fees are $500. BalloonaPalooza Festival Vendor Application

Northern Exposure 10K - The 7th Annual 10K Race and 2 Mile Family Run/Walk will take place November 3, 2007 at Seastrand Park. This year's race will feature live music at the start/finish, a harvest festival, and a health fair. Please call 633-2650 for more information on vendor fees.
