All American Kid's Fishing Derby

Fishing Derby Logo

Children 12 & under are invited to join the fun at City View Park (101 Cheyenne Avenue) for the City of North Las Vegas' All American Kid's Fishing Derby. Bring your own fishing pole or use one provided by the Nevada Department of Wildlife and fish the banks of City View Park. Prizes will be awarded for biggest fish, smallest fish, first fish caught, youngest angler, and heaviest stringer (three fish caught.) All participants will receive a goody bag and refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration begins February 1 and is REQUIRED. Space is limited to the first 80 children. Call 633-2418 to register or register in person at the Neighborhood Recreation Center (1638 N. Bruce Street) or Silver Mesa Recreation Center (4025 Allen Lane).The event is sponsored by Panacea Services LLP.
