The Communications Department is part of the City Manager's office and is responsible for internal and external communications. This office is managed by Brenda S. Fischer , Director of General Services & Communications. Brenda handles media relations, issue management, emergency public information, oversees graphic arts, issues news releases, produces print and collateral material, and administers the City Website.

Design and Print Center
This area is responsible for processing printing and graphics requests from all City departments including agenda items for City Council and Planning Commission meetings, NCR forms, regular forms, flyers, newsletters, books pamphlets, envelopes, letterhead, binding, padding needs, and special requests.
