Employee Relations Manager: Austin Scaccia
The Employee Relations Division provides support to administration, office
management and special projects. This division is responsible for ensuring
compliance with Federal, State and Local laws, City policy and procedures,
Union Contracts and Ordinances. The division investigates employee grievances,
discipline, incidents and NERC complaints. The division also manages the
Employee Assistance Program, compliance with the ADA and the Awards/Recognition
program
