Fischer Administrative Secretary: Jane Kudner (702) 633-2421 Custodial Services is a sub-division of Bulding Maintenance and is responsible for the day-to-day care and cleaning of all areas maintained by the Building Maintanance Department. Currently, Custodial Services maintains 95 City buildings and structures covering 720,000 square-feet. This includes 24-hour, 7-day-a-week facilities, such as Fire Stations, Police Stations, and a 600-inmate Detention facility. Staff is available 24/7 for response to emergency repairs throughout the City. Core processes include daily and preventive maintenance, including heating, ventilation, emergency power generators and operation of the Energy Management System. |
