Welcome to the North Las Vegas Fire Department
Fire Station No. 55 Web Page.
Located at 5725 Allen Lane, this Station was built in 2003, and currently
houses one engine company, Engine 55, a 2005 Pierce Quantum 1500 gpm/500
gln water tank, Rescue 55, a 2003 Braun Northwest large transport-capable
rescue vehicle. The Station also houses a 2004 Scott Liberty air trailer
with capabilities to refill SCBA air bottles, portable/fixed lighting,
and on-board generator; Brush Engine 55 is a 1995 Chevy 1ton 65gpm/250gln
water tank with pump and roll capability. Engine 55 is staffed by
one Captain, one Engineer, and two firefighters. Rescue 55 is staffed
by two firefighters, one a Paramedic. Both units are ALS Paramedic. |
