Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1) Homes

Community Development Programs Center of Nevada in partnership with the City of North Las Vegas has available homes for immediate sale.

  • Washer and dryer included
  • To qualify for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, your family's income cannot exceed:

    2 persons
    3 persons
    4 persons
    5 persons
    6 persons
    7 persons
    8 persons

    Your family must also attend a homebuyer education class and be able to qualify for a first mortgage. Housing counselors will help with this process.
