The City Clerk is the custodian of all City documents. This
office provides support to the City Manager and City Council; prepares
Council agendas, attends Council meetings and records and maintains the
official minutes and legislative history of the City. The City Clerk’s
Office also maintains information on all boards and commissions and administers
the appointment process. All Municipal Elections are administered through
the City Clerk’s Office including filing for candidacy, coordination of
ballot questions, in-office and precinct voting.
The City Clerk’s Office provides a wide array of information
and services to the public and City Staff. All questions and requests
for specific information can be made by calling 633-1030.
