Prosecutes persons who are cited for violating misdemeanor
laws of the city and state, which includes traffic, code enforcement,
domestic batteries, and first and second offense driving under the influence
violations. The Criminal Division also provides information services to
victims and witnesses so that victims and witnesses will understand and
support the criminal justice process.
