The City’s Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services is pleased to announce the availability of Community Development Block Grant Public Service and Construction applications for the 2010-2011 program year.
Applications will be available beginning 8 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 21. The deadline for the application submissions is 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26. Applications can be obtained at the Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services, 2225 Civic Center Drive, Suite 220, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Applications also can be accessed online, starting Sept. 21 by

The City will hold two orientation meetings to review the grant application process and requirements. The first meeting is for prospective public services applicants and is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at North Las Vegas Library, Community Room, 2300 Civic Center Drive. The second is for prospective construction services applicants and is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the same location.
